Electrification
Sirsa District was created in 1975. At that time, all villages of this district were having Electricity. However, there was no 220 KV Sub-Station in the district and supply to consumers was through only 1 number 132 KV (92 Kms) and 6 number of 33 KV (133 Kms) Sub-Stations. Similar was the case in respect of pole-mounting sub-stations and indoor sub-stations.
